To compliment EWC’s UK mobile services we have developed InterCell to allow customers based abroad to also benefit from EWC’s low call rates from their mobile telephone.

Additionally, EWC have added special features which make it perfect for anyone with family or friends abroad who may not call you as regularly as you’d like. With one simple text message, you can credit their mobile phone with a fixed amount from your account – they don’t need to do anything apart from use their phone as normal.

Activating the InterCell Service

InterCell is a prepaid account service

To set up an account contact your distributor or click here

When you set up an InterCell account, a confirmation SMS message is sent directly to your registered mobile telephone.

To use the InterCell service simply send your required destination telephone number (in international number format i.e 00442074287733) as an SMS text to the InterCell Service Number

The InterCell Service will then call you back and automatically connect you to your required number at the new low EWC rate.

Direct Dial


The InterCell service can also be accessed directly by first dialing

 0044 2070 193 378

(from your pre-activated mobile phone). This call is not charged for as we terminate the call before it is answered by the EWC service.

The service will then automatically call you back with a voice message prompting you to enter your required destination telephone number.

You will then be connected at the lower EWC tariff.
